Founded in 1974 by Steve Lancaster as Lancaster Enterprise. In 1995, the company was incorporated under the name Silverwood Landscape Construction, Inc. Since then, Silverwood has grown into the premier Southern California landscape contractor with jobs from Santa Clarita to San Diego.

Building an unmatched reputation as a trusted contractor and caretaker of some of California’s highest profile and successful landscapes. We’ve brought beauty and prestige, along with a full range of landscape services, to projects ranging from planned communities, hotels, apartments, retail and commercial centers, municipalities, golf courses, parks, and resorts. In conjunction with our divisions and affiliates, we service clients locally and regionally in California.
